About Gallotta V.W.

My name is Massimo Gallotta, owner and operator of Gallotta Vintage Watches (GVW). My journey towards the foundation of GVW was born after many years of experience in in the historic family Jewelery.

I have always been a passionate collector. Today I have transformed my passion into a new and independent activity linked to objects and vintage watches for the stories they tell. Watches for me are not just a way to tell the time. There is something inherently attractive in a vintage watch aesthetically, historically and mechanically.

In such a particular sector, the constant acquisition of knowledge is essential to keep up to date with the market.
I have built relationships with a network of dealers, collectors and watchmakers that allowed me to access some of the most collectible vintage watches in the world. I am currently a WTA (Watch Trader Association) member and an active participant in control forums and social media.
